I recently purchased a Mazda 3 from Wayne Brown at North End Mazda. I dreaded the thought of purchasing a new vehicle, having to deal with shady car salesmen, and the length of time it takes to fill out paperwork. I always leave a car dealership feeling like I’ve been duped. It wasn’t that way at all dealing with Wayne and North End Mazda. It was a great atmosphere, the whole staff was very friendly and helpful, and talking to Wayne was like talking to a good friend. He was funny, took the time to explain everything so I understood it, and did everything in a timely manner. I will not ever purchase a vehicle anywhere else. I love my skyactiv 3 Whip!!!
I have a cx-9 and a mazda 3, which I purchased from North End. I bought the vehicles from the dealership in part because of the confidence I have in the service team.
